Q. Can I get a price list of products you supply?
A. No, we do not have a general price list. Due to the nature of our business, commodity prices can change very quickly because of availability and market fluctuations. Prices are also dependent upon the quantity. Higher quantity we offer higher discount.
Q. How do I find out the cost of products I am interested in?
A. You can use “Get a quote” form or send us your E-mail enquiry, giving detailed of the item and quantity you require. We give you a formal quotation which is valid for 4 days.
Q. Can I ring you to get a price?
A. We do not give price quotation over the phone. We offer a formal quotation by
E-mail or fax.
Q. How do I pay for my order?
A. Payment can be made by bank transfer, cheque or Letter of Credits.
Q. Is there a minimum order I have to place?
A. Yes, please see below:
Essential oils ......................1 kilo min.
Aromatic Chemicals .............. 5kilo min.
Botanical Extracts & CO2 ...... 1 kilo min.
Vegetable oils ..................... 200 L drum OR 1000 L IBC
Linseed oil / Flexseed oil ....... 200 L drum OR 1000 L IBC
Propolis.............................. 1 kilo min.
Cod Liver oil / Fish oils........... 205 L or 1000 L IBC
Oleoresin............................. 25 kilo min.
Q. What is your lead time for delivery?
A. Our normal lead time is around 10 working days for stocked items. However, some orders can take more time especially if it is ‘made to order’ or modified to your specification.
Q. Can I get free samples for testing?
A. Due to overwhelming demand for free samples, we are not able to supply free samples. We have a set charge for samples. However, we will REFUND this charge on first order.
